Besides being the second head of the country which is the Philippines, I donot see any other function of the Vice-President of the Philippines except by following what the President would or could do for the country as a whole.
If you happen to be a foreigner like an American or other nationality, with due respect I donot think you could answer this thoroughly and thoughtfully. It is different from just watching or reading it in a newspaper or in a television.
