They used to advertise their prompt departures and arrivals using very dramatic TV commercials before. But now, it seems that they are not anymore reliable, with most flights delayed. PAL in fact has a better on-time performance now. Fire the managers?
my answer :
I think they deserve a chance to rectify this problem of theirs. They have, after all, put into reality the long awaited promise of cheap domestic flying in the Philippines.
