If I decide to get married in the Philippines, what is the process?

You will need to go to the US Embassy to get a legal Capacity to Marry, if you have been married before you'll need to bring a certified copy of the Divorce/Death Certificate, you future bride will need to get a NSO Cenomar and then you need to apply for a marriage license and wait ten days, then you can go before a judge and get married.
